The Zen is a carefully selected mix of phytonutrients, including berry extract, passion flower, citrus aurantium, lemon balm and hawthorn designed to help promote a peaceful state of mind. Bascially with these tonics. You drink the whole bottle (only 60 ml) for your dose and it was rather tasty if I do say so myself.

The Focus drops promote alertness, clarity and memory: Helps maintain the normal brain functions that lead to mental alertness, clarity and memory retention. You just add a drop to your beverage to reap the benefits. I like the minty flavor when added to my iced tea and water.

Antioxidant dose: A potent blend of botanical extracts that delivers the polyphenol content equivalent to 15 cups of green tea per serving! This one is great if you drink a lot of green tea but some times you don't have all day to spend run to the ladies room like me.... if you drink four cups a day. I liked that i could just add the drop to my drink. Although I have not stopped my green tea consumption!
