On occasion when I overdo it in Yoga, I book an appointment with a massage therapist. Other times, it's Epsom salt bath with a muscle rub. Recently I began a more strenuous work out to build a bit of muscle. This caused much pain the first week. If needed I'll take a Motrin. However there was new product delivered to my door step.
