So your sitting in gridlock traffic trying to jam out to the latest and greatest CD, and yet you can't. Back to the traffic dilemma. the Nail & Cuticle Treatment is also fast-absorbing and contains fatty acids. It also contains oils to improve cell communication as well as vitamins E and A. It works wonders, and applying it before bed time is a wonderful habit to get into. However....none of this is why I love it. My adoration is the fact that it comes in this tiny tube (kind of like a lip gloss) and glides on (kind of like a lip gloss). There is once again, no drippy oil or goo.
